Lead Application Developer

Own end-to-end delivery of a field operations platform used daily by 2,000+ users across Australia and New Zealand, with Apple and Google (Fitbit and Pixel) teams as enterprise customers.
Migrated a production Objective-C/Swift iOS application to React Native for Apple's internal iTeam — owning the customer relationship end to end, agreeing scope directly with the customer's stakeholders and maintaining feature parity with continuous App Store releases throughout the transition.
Lead the platform's applied AI roadmap: built multi-agent reasoning workflows on Azure AI Foundry and automated shelf-compliance auditing with Azure AI Services (OCR and custom ML), turning 30K+ weekly field images into inventory and compliance insight for retail customers.
Shipped on-device ML barcode recognition into the field app, eliminating ~4,000 manual entries and saving ~14 staff-hours per week.
Designed and shipped CI/CD across Android, iOS, Flutter and React Native, replacing a fully manual build-and-distribute process with automated quality gates on every pull request and one-push signed releases.
